Easterly view along Loop 202 descending from the 28th Street underpass.  The HOV lane is separated from general purpose lanes with a continuous solid stripe without any designated access and egress locations.  Despite the solid stripe, motorists are apparently free to enter or exit the HOV lane at any time.

This view looks easterly through the Priest Drive overpass.  Many Phoenix area overpasses are built with this vertically tined structural abutments.  They are quite attractive in my opinion.

Advanced signage for the McClintock Drive overpass.  Hazardous Cargo is directed off Loop 202 at this interchange.  Presumably this restriction is due to the fact that Loop 202 crosses the Salt River on a long skewed viaduct immediately after this interchange.

Two views looking easterly through the Loop 101 interchange in Tempe.  The ramps from Loop 202 East to 101 North, and from Loop 202 West to 101 South divert around this interchange reducing the height of the stack from four levels to three.  A similar principle was used on the interchange between Allen Road and Hwy 401 in Toronto.
