Routing: US-219 runs north from Pennsylvania through Salamanca and Springville ending at I-90 in the Buffalo Suburbs.  North of Peters Road in Springville, US-219 is a full freeway.

Erie County Two photos looking north at the start of the US-219 expressway from Route 39.  These photos were taken just before construction started to extend the US-219 freeway southerly to by-pass Springville.  The US-219 freeway extension south of Springville opened to traffic in the fall of 2010.

Erie County Northbound view at the end of US-219.  US-219 defaults onto Interstate 90 east, just southwest of Buffalo.  Motorists can access the westbound direction of I-90 by using the cloverleaf interchange between I-90 and Ridge Road.
