Secondary Highway 607A - www.OntHighways.com

Highway 607A is a short spur highway that leads south from Highway 607 at Bigwood.  Highway 607A connects the small community of French River to the rest of the provincial highway network.  Highway 607A is actually part of the original alignment of Highway 607.  In the mid-1960s Highway 607 was rerouted from Bigwood westerly towards Highway 69, along the original Highway 607A alignment.  Before Highway 607A ran on this current alignment, it connected Highway 69 to Bigwood.
