Secondary Highway 523 - Secondary.OntHighways.com
Highway 523 is a short highway leading south from Highway 60 at Madawaska to the Nipissing - Hastings Municipal boundary line. Despite this rather illogical southern terminus, Highway 523 has never actually extended south into Hastings County from Nipissing. No portion of Highway 523 was decommissioned as part of the mass highway downloads of the late 1990s.
