Looking east along the Highway 11 and Highway 17 multiplex towards the end of the 4 lane "Thunder Bay Expressway" just east of the city of the Thunder Bay. It is notable that even though the town of Cochrane is the furthest east control city listed on the sign to the right, it takes precedent in ranking to the nearer Sault Ste. Marie. Summer of 1989.
